IV-Intravenous-Treatment-Cancellation

Intravenous Therapies policies and cancellation

All intravenous treatments must be prepaid at time of booking the appointment with no exceptions and pre-arranged by appointment. It must be clearly noted that our IV licensed naturopath travels especially to be at the clinic to conduct your treatment. Exact timing is very essential to plan her days better.

Your intravenous appointment may last from 2 to 3 hours. All intravenous (IV) appointments at the office are  intended to provide you with  professional  treatments or therapies by one of our professional team of  therapists. Intravenous (IV) appointments  take time, effort and commitment from all of us at the clinic, both therapists and front desk staff,  to satisfy  you with better health. All intravenous (IV) appointments are assigned a specific length of time and honored as specified. Your appointments are defined as, “the specific time reserved from  the office schedule for you  with your Naturopathic Doctor at a specific date and a specific time for  that date”.

We realize that you would devote time to travel and attend your intravenous (IV) appointment and expect us to honor this commitment to you.  The person with whom you have the appointment with has also devoted time and committed to be present when you arrive at the clinic, kept your appointment open and available for you, and abandon all personal commitments and emergencies  to honor your appointment.

It is for your own health, we expect the same courtesy from you towards your intravenous (IV) appointments and towards the person whom you have the appointment with; therefore, we expect all our patients, no exceptions, to honour their intravenous (IV) appointments. On the other hand, should an emergency arise, then we expect your courtesy to take a few minutes to call us immediately to cancel the appointment so that the time slot can be given to another valued patient.  Due to increased demands and extensive waiting lists, we hope that you will take time to notify us of any changes.  Should you neglect to call for cancellation as specified below, then you are expected to honour the value of the therapist’s time.

3-            Check the car for mechanical fitness,

4-            Arrange appointments with other patients in Cornwall,

Once we commit to travel to Cornwall, the trip will be honored even if there are only two patients. Calculation of Refund of IV packages

A package of 10 intravenous treatments are given to patients pre-paid minus 10% (Package price)

A package of 20 intravenous treatments are given to patients pre-paid minus 20% (package price)

A refund of the entire or part of these intravenous (IV) treatments will be recalculated as follows:

1-                  The package will be recalculated at the full price value of  the intravenous (IV),

2-                  Restocking of 20% will be deducted from the price,

3-                  Therefore the calculation will be as follows:

Total price of the package at full price – Treatments used at full price – 20% of the full price of the package = the refund
